Do people need to be able to play golf?
No, and most of your guests won't have held a club before. Our host gets everyone set up in seconds. Closest to the pin is the great leveller, so beginners genuinely win it.
Will it fit in our office?
If you have a 3m by 4m space with 2.5m of height, yes. Meeting rooms, canteens and function spaces almost always work. Send us your venue and we will confirm it before you commit to anything.
Can we move the date once it's booked?
Yes. With two weeks' notice it's free and your deposit carries over to the new date. Any less than that and we'll do our best to help, but it may count as a cancellation.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Lytham and cover the North West, North East and West Midlands. Travel is quoted upfront, never added on later.
When should we book for December?
Sooner than you think. Christmas parties get booked from late summer and there are only so many December dates. Six to eight weeks out is comfortable, twelve is safer. Once we hold your date, nothing else moves onto it.
Do you need a projector or screen from us?
No. We bring the whole setup: enclosure, impact screen, projector, launch monitor, mat and clubs for left and right handers. All you provide is the space and a socket.
Can we brand it with our company logo?
Yes. We can add your logo to the on-screen leaderboard so it sits in every photo your team takes on the night. Just send us the file when we plan the day.
What if our venue is upstairs or has restricted access?
Usually fine. Everything breaks down into parts that carry through a standard doorway and up a normal staircase. Tell us about the access when you enquire and we will confirm before you book.
