How much does travel to Birmingham cost?
Birmingham is inside our standard coverage area. Travel is calculated for your specific venue and confirmed upfront in your quote, so the number you agree is the number you pay. No surprises on the invoice.
Can you set up in a city centre office or venue?
Yes. The full setup breaks down into parts that fit through a standard doorway and into a lift, so upper-floor offices around Colmore Row and Brindleyplace venues are routine. Tell us the venue and any load-in restrictions when you enquire and we'll confirm before you book.
What about loading access at exhibition halls?
We sort it before the day. Exhibition venues run scheduled load-in slots for exhibitors, and we book ours around your stand build. For offices and smaller venues we agree the load-in on the planning call. It's our problem to solve, not yours.
How much space do we need?
A 3m by 4m footprint with 2.5m of ceiling height and a standard socket within 50m. That fits comfortably on a mid-size exhibition stand and in most Birmingham meeting rooms and function spaces. Full details on our setups page.
